This innovative new weave uses twists of paper in a plied yarn technique. The result is reminiscent of marble or stone, where shaded paper yarns create drifts of colour which is woven and then backed. Due to the shifting depth and contrasts of the twisted paper yarns, there will be visible seams where the panels join - this is a feature of the installation process.
